The MD/MS course is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Karnataka.
This programme enables learning through theory classes, clinical training and research activities as mandated by the NMC guidelines.
The students are taught through lectures, journal clubs, seminars, CMEs, conferences, case discussions, and skill training at the Advanced Learning Center and the Hospital.

All the seats, including NRI/Management quota, are alloted by merit through online counselling conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority ( kea.kar.nic.in ). Selection is based on the rank obtained in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) conducted on an all India basis by the National Board of Examination.
