I'st Year MBBS Batch 2017-18

FOR MALE STUDENTS

DO’S

  1. Neatly pressed formal shirt, tucked in & formal trousers with formal black/brown shoes with socks
  2. Apron – washed, neatly pressed and fully buttoned
  3. Well groomed hair
  4. Clean shaven face
  5. Nails should be trimmed

DONT’S

  1. Do not wear dark/printed/half sleeve shirts
  2. Do not wear jeans/t-shirts/above ankle trousers
  3. No tight fitting shirts/ trousers
  4. No funky hair cuts/hair styles/colouring
  5. No body tattooing
  6. Do not wear ornamental accessories-bracelets, ear studs
  7. No slippers/floaters/casual shoes

FOR FEMALE STUDENTS

DO’S

  1. Formal dressing
    • Salwar kameez with dupatta
    • Knee length kurta with Patiala with dupatta
    • Below knee kurta/anarkali with leggings & dupatta
    • Saree (cotton /silk/ simple synthetic)
  2. Apron – washed, neatly pressed & fully buttoned
  3. Well groomed hair, tied either as pony/plait & should be off the face
  4. Well trimmed nails
  5. Ornaments which can be worn- watch, ear studs/ small earrings, one or two bangels, short neck chains
  6. Formal shoes/ flats

DONT’S

  1. No Western wear
  2. No fancy sarees/sleeveless blouse
  3. No sleeveless/tight fitting tops
  4. No fancy hair accessories/colouring/hairstyle/flowers
  5. No bright make-up (no flashy lipsticks/mascara/eye shadow)
  6. No body tattoing
  7. No nail polish/nail art/mehandi
  8. Ornaments- No jingling anklets/ large earrings
  9. No heels more than 2 inch/ floaters/fancy slippers
